Small Group Hypnotherapy
For Weight Management

This is an 8-week program: 

We will meet every other week for 2-3 hours.  In that time, each meeting will provide a “check in” to trouble shoot what isn’t working as well as you what you would like to work.  I will use this information to formulate a group session that will move you forward in your individual journey to success. 

Between sessions: you will have each week’s session emailed to you.  You can set time aside each day to listen or listen while you sleep if you are short on time.  You may even sleep better allowing positive suggestions of calm and relaxation to ease your mind into a peaceful slumber.

A private Facebook page will be created for your group with daily messages for inspiration, a venue to discuss issues, share recipes and stay connected to your support between meetings.

My vision is to provide affordable quality hypnotherapy to anyone who wants to lose weight, have more energy, be motivated to exercise, and create a lifestyle of health and happiness.
