INTRO TO SELF HYPNOSIS
WORKSHOP
This Self-Hypnosis class is
designed to teach participants
the benefits and skill of
self-hypnosis to increase
self-esteem, manage stress,
format and program positive
suggestions for change in
three easy steps.
A brief outline:
- Explanation of hypnosis
- How hypnosis is helpful and what it can
be used for.
- Suggestibility tests
- Progressive relaxation induction.
- Goal setting
- Formatting suggestions
- Writing reinforcement scripts
- Step-One of Self Hypnosis: Pre Sleep
Technique
- Step Two of Self Hypnosis: Induction
- Step Three of Self Hypnosis: Programmed
Suggestion
Participants will participate in
hypnosis weekly.
